eMail Is A Important Tool.

Email is a powerful and important tool, but it can also be a pain in the neck! As a real estate agent, you probably find yourself constantly jumping back and forth between your email and other tasks. By engaging with your email in this way, chances are you're throwing off your focus and productivity.
 
Consider systematizing your email use by allowing yourself access only during certain times. For instance, check your email and reply to emails first thing in the morning for one hour. Then, close your email and don't look at it again until 1:00 pm. At 1:00 pm, give yourself another 20 minutes to look at and reply to new emails. Then close your email, and only check it again at 4:30 pm, at which time you will check and reply to new emails for another 20-30 minutes.
 
By breaking up your email use into chunks throughout the day, you never need to worry that you're missing an email, you're always prompt at responding, and you're not allowing email to clutter and disorganize your entire workday.
 
PS. You might have anxiety when trying this out... especially if you're used to being glued to your email... It will fade
