Wanna know one surefire way to be taken seriously by potential commercial clients?
The answer is my next tip in the pricing tip series.
Pricing Tip #4: Always create a professional estimate.
This makes you look a lot more professional than just including some pricing in the body of an email, and will also help you make quick and easy adjustments to pricing after getting feedback from the client.
If there's one area of your business you definitely need to be organized in, it's pricing.
You can either create an estimate using estimating software like BlinkBid that's designed for photographers (use it, love it), create one yourself using Excel or Google Sheets, or pay someone on Fiverr to make a template for you that you can use over and over again.
It doesn't matter how it gets done, it just needs to get done.
(Here's an example estimate. We created this using BlinkBid below.)
