One of the gifts and curses of our modern life is notifications. These little 'dings' on our smartphones can interrupt our day and break our focus - over and over and over again.
One productivity tip for agents that are trying to maintain focus is to turn off these constant distractions. Go to your smartphone's settings, and turn off all notifications that are not essential. Words with Friends is fun, but it will also remind you to play a game every hour or so. Facebook notifications are great, but you can check Facebook a few times a day to catch up on those notifications. You don't need to be reminded of them multiple times a day.
