This document will dictate everything about your brand, from things like Colours, Fonts and Imagery you use, to things like your brand Story, Promise, Mission & Vision statements.
Do a little research today on Brand Guidelines documents, and start drafting up one for your real estate brand. It doesn't need to be fancy, as long as it helps you make decisions that will streamline your brand experience.
